Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and ANT KEYS LLC, 1942 Broadway, Suite 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, USA ("we", "us"), which sells Orbit Mail through this store. By buying Orbit Mail or using it you agree to them.
1. The service
Orbit Mail is a web application that connects to email accounts you authorize, synchronizes their messages, applies rules you write, extracts data from matching messages, posts notifications to messaging channels you connect (such as Telegram), and, if you switch it on, sends scheduled keep-alive messages from mailboxes you choose.
2. Your account and seats
Each seat is for one named person. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy Orbit Mail.
3. Mailboxes you connect
You may only connect mailboxes that you own or are authorized to access, and only process messages you have the right to process. You are responsible for complying with the terms of your email providers (for example Google and Microsoft) and of the messaging services you connect.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Orbit Mail to send unsolicited, bulk or deceptive email. Keep-alive messages are for keeping your own mailboxes active, not for messaging third parties.
- Do not use Orbit Mail to access accounts without permission, to evade a provider's security controls, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we do.
5. Payment and licence
Orbit Mail is sold for a one-time payment per seat. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Each seat you buy gives one person access to Orbit Mail for as long as we operate it. Seats added later are priced for your new seat total at the time you buy them. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Your data
You keep all rights to your email content and to the data your rules extract. We process it only to provide the service to you. Credentials are stored encrypted. You can export your rules and extracted data at any time, and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.
7. Third-party services
Orbit Mail depends on services we do not control, including email providers and Telegram. Changes or outages on their side can affect Orbit Mail, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Orbit Mail available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature you have paid for without at least 30 days' notice. If we ever stop operating Orbit Mail, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email so you can export your data.
9. Disclaimer
Orbit Mail is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Orbit Mail is a convenience tool and must not be your only record of important messages.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Orbit Mail is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Orbit Mail and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may end this agreement for material breach of these terms. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue after it ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to customers at least 30 days before they apply.
