Shipping policy

Delivery policy

Orbit Mail is a web application. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping charge.

How you get access

After checkout we email a workspace invitation to the address you used at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Team buyers also receive invitation links for the seats they bought. Orbit Mail runs in any current web browser; there is nothing to install.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there within one hour, contact us through the contact page with the email address you checked out with and we will resend it.

Where the service is available

Orbit Mail can be used from any country, subject to the terms of the email providers and messaging services you connect it to and to applicable sanctions laws.
